APH: Double Take

Can you spot the double take? (Its a picture that seems normal on first glance, then when you look again you realize something is wrong.)

Took like, 3 hours to draw and shade and such. OTL;;

Teacher comment:
"Make sure the same highlighting is consistent with the figure ( face/hair) Difficult to see the double take."
